It was the worst experience ever, my appointment was at 11;00 o’clock, just for oil change, I had to wait until 3:30 for car to give me back . This is really bad service, I hope anyone else have this experience. I’m very disappointed.

Unfortunately, I took car in for a recall and I was ask since I was there if I wanted an oil change. Didn't want to come back because I am a caregiver and waiting is difficult. Waited for 2 1/2 hours and finally got called. That's when they told me you didn't have part. I should've been told in the beginning so that I didn't have to wait again. Last time I did an oil change it took 1 hour. Now I have to go back again and wait again. I think communication between your staff could've given choice to just come back and do oil change and recall together. I don't know if this can be solved or communicated so customer could make decision whether to wait or not. But it would be nice if we could.

Carl was very rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional. This is my first purchase with Kia and only my second time using the service department. If this is the type of customer service Kia provides I will never buy another Kia again. I was very disappointed and offended by his comments and lack of customer service. I hope someone in management will provide him the training he needs or he should quit his job if he is not happy working there. Once my lease is due I will be turning in my car and not buying another Kia again.

No communication through out the whole 3 weeks my vehicle was there. It was in for a check engine light. I was told 3 weeks was not offered any kind of courtesy transportation. Vehicle is still under warranty. Got a text about a week later if I had any questions just to respond to the text. I did and still no answer. Very poor communication.. A courtesy update would be very appreciated. Even though vehicle is not done or has been worked on, some kind of communication would be very appreciative.. Won’t be going back to your dealer for any further business..

Well, schedule an appointment on on Thursday, May 17 I think and thinking when you get a recall for your car that they’re gonna have a part when you schedule these appointments. Unfortunately time is precious. I would think you guys would know that and when I got there, he said sorry ma’am you have to come back because we have to order the part so that was a waste of my morning. And then to find out they say thank you for coming and visiting and for the work that we done on your car well, they didn’t do anything on my car yet. And I am still waiting for them to call me to tell me that the party is in. It’s a recall that they sent us a letter so I’m pretty sure you guys have the computer and you can look it up. Kind of upsetting that’s how my morning was. So just waiting for them to reach out to me and hopefully I can get in the morning appointment and I can work in early on my days off.
