Apparently someone put my wheel covers back on without tightening the lug nuts, or at least that’s what the guy said when he checked and he said “glad I checked!” So I guess the process to check for errors is working! I’m so happy to have a quick lube place now. I hope you put all the dealerships out of business. Compared to the dealership BS, you are saving me hundreds of dollars of my own personal time every time I get an oil change with you. Thank you!
