Thank you for making me feel like family. I left my iPad in my car by accident and it was fine because they had the car in the shade. The service was quick and they worked hard to figure out the problems.

They promised that the maintenance will be done by 1200 instead it got done 1330. I wish they told me ahead of time that it will be 3 hours maintenance I would have ask if the shuttle to take me home, and pick me up once the maintenance was done.

Justin said I'd receive a printout of the results of.the 4 wheel alignment I'd ordered, yet I had to ask for the printout before leaving. Also, he asked if I wanted the truck washed. I said "yes". It wasn't washed, but I had been there long enough. I left without it being washed. Which is now 2 times I've left without getting the wash. If you don't want to provide the wash, stop including the wash in the description of what your services include.
