Service advisors were friendly and informative. Stephanie, who washed and delivered my car to me, was the sweetest person I met all day. Much better experience than last time!

I made an appt a few weeks in advance to have warranty seatbelt replacement done. The rep was great and said he would order the correct belts for my VIN number vehicle and have them ready. When I arrived for my appt, the sales consultant, Denise Ennen, told me they would have to inspect the vehicle and see if they had the belts in stock. She indicated they would have to order the belts and I would have to return later. I explained that they should have them in stock, but she insisted they would have to examine the vehicle and probably order the correct belts. She told me my service tech, Tony, would let me know if the belts were in stock or would have to be ordered. I waited an hour and no information, so I went to the service desk and asked. Tony was just finished with my car, having installed the seat belts. He said it was odd that they were the only belts in stock and they were right for my car!!! Isn't that amazing?? This is clearly a case of the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing.

Attention to customers is lacking. Received no notification that GOSH Toyota had moved,then the service tech placed the blame elsewhere when she herself set my appt. Failure to leave a message of any kind that my vehicle was ready. When I called, service tech was busy with another customer so I was assured that I would get a follow up call....never happened. When I mentioned the issue with the tech. ..she didn't respond, no excuse, no apology. Also waited 15 min.for my car to be brought around, had to return to tech to find out where my car was. Again....no comment. Service is very different....basically non existent.

Earlier today I sent you may short commits regarding my dissatisfaction with your service.
To explain my concern about your lack of service.
1. I was not told your car wash service was discontinues due to the drought, I just received my dirty Avalon.
2. I was not told that if I wanted a car wash, it would be a 5.00 charge. I would have paid, if told.
3. All of this information became known when I received a followup telephone call today.
4. Your service department should communicate this information. I'm proud of my Avalon and I want it to look outstanding.
