First of all, I came in with the complaint that my car wouldn't start after sitting for several hours, not that it 'shuddered and died while idling' as was stated on my paperwork. I don't know where that came from. I came to Gosch because I think going to the dealership, they'd be more diligent about taking care of their cars. I spent the 110 for a diagnostic to see why my car battery might be constantly losing it's power. I was informed by Gosch that it was a bad battery (replacement 140) and that my throttle body needed to be cleaned out - for another 192. Well, it seems to me that with my main concern, the power drainage, could have been diagnosed without the 110 diagnostic, as could the carbon filled throttle body, which is more than twice as much as it would cost at most other places - and that includes cleaning the entire engine system, which I wasn't sure Gosch was going to do. Although they said that the 110 I paid would go towards the 332 charge to service my car, my battery was fairly new and still under warranty so I was able to get that replaced from the place I bought it for free. As for the almost 200 for cleaning out the carbon build up in the throttle body, I sincerely feel that that was taking advantage of me. I asked if they'd at least do oil change service since I did pay 110, but was told since that didn't have anything to do with the diagnoses, it was an extra cost, so the answer was no. I'm on a very tight budget and feel that I've just thrown away that 110 and my car still needs minor service, which will now have to wait until I can afford it. So, yes, it was a bad experience I had at Gosch as I have nothing to show for that 110 - it's just gone now.

I love this dealership! The service department is phenomenal!! I checked in with Denise Ennen, whom had a smile on her face the whole time, and was assisted in a very timely manner considering how short staffed they were! The two managers Tony Shempp and Matt Thornton were helping a very unhappy customer and they way they assisted her, I commend them!! They were very professional while the lady stood there and yelled at them for something she was clearly at fault for! My appointment was at 10 am, I chose to wait, and was promised my car by 11:30; my car was returned to me at 11:08 by Stephanie Yenigues! I recommend this place for service and prefer them above all others!! Thank you for the excellent customer service!! You guys rock!!

Only positive was Denise when car was taken into service. Had to wait almost 30 minutes to get my car back after service was completed. Service advisors need to provide customer service and stop talking to each other and ignoring customers. Unsat again.really need to watch your advisors and see their interaction with your customers.
