I think that when you first drive up the service person should come to your car. That's how the other dealership do it. When u get off the car and you walk in you don't even know where is the line who's is in front of you or who is behind you. Everyone Is just standing around not sure who's next. Like today when I walked in a service guy ask who was next and I told him it was me. He ask for my name and then told me the guy next to him is going to help me while he processed to help two other people that came in after me. I notice people walk in and look around to see who is in front of them . To much confusion. At the other dealerships people wait in there car in line until the service person come up to the car. You guys waste to much time the service person still has to go to your car and get the mileage anyway. I can talk better than I write so of u want to call me I can explain a little better. ****-****-xxxx

I was completely happy with the customer service, was really comfortable and with the kids play area...helped a lot with my daughter there. Only thing I wasn't satisfied with is that I had asked for a car wash. And the when the car was ready for me, the car wasn't washed. Still dirty. No biggy. But that's the only thing I wasn't happy with

I'd probably not give it a ten but the customer service people were helpful and polite. When I asked Nicolette Rodgers a question she was not sure what the correct answer was she didn't try to make something up. She nicely and clearly said let me find someone who can answer that question for you. Refreshing. I'll come back.

Had an appointment for a simple service. Wife had to wait for our vehicle for almost 3 hours. On top of that you now are evidently charging for a car wash after servicing when it used to be a free courtesy. My wife paid 5.00 for a wash which was supposed to include cleaning the interior. The interior was not touched nor were the Windows. It seems since you moved your facility customer service has become non existent. We have been bringing our vehicles here for servicing for years with out any complaints, however with this new experience we will strongly consider other options in the future which will also include future purchases.
