Getting my car washed was a "joke"...only it wasn't funny.

They did an excellent job helping me as soon as I walk in the door. They serviced my car in less than an hour so that was awesome the only bad thing was that their car wash was down and I wanted a carwash but other than that everything went great. Awesome job Gosch Toyota.

It would have been helpful if when I made the appointment the person had told me the Toyota dealer had moved to a new location. Some other people in waiting room said the same thing. There was no signage at old location pointing to new location. Had to park car and get out and ask. Also another customer and I had to stand and wait about 10 minutes for a service writer to wait on us and they no longer wash your car.

It would be much better if you were given a realistic estimate on the estimated time for the service. Mine was supposed to be ready about 3:00 pm and it was past 5:30 before it was. I think the completed papers were in the office before I finally went in to ask, over an hour after I waited in the waiting room after the shuttle picked me up. Everyone is friendly and helpful, but the time was way too long without any information.

I was told to see Josh, Josh was not there. The lady Denise I think helped me she was great but busy. I noticed several people standing around without being acknowledged by the staff. Once they were noticed they still had to wait. Phone calls appear to be more important than customers that are in the service department.
