2 hours for a scheduled oil change service is absolutely ridiculous. I am on the market for a new car and if you're going to pull **** like this - you aren't getting my business for a new car. Would have been nice of my advisor to offer me an air freshener or something for my car. That gesture would have been much more appreciated than, "everyone has had long waits today." An appointment serves a purpose, compared to the walk in customer...I had a crew assigned to my car for that time slot and it was not honored.
