The sun roof of the car that was brought in somewhere has a leak of air that when you drive the car about 55 it's so loud that you can't have a conversation in the car. This was told to the service department. They said they took it on a test drive and did not hear the sound, it doesn't make the sound every single time. But when it does it sounds like a playing card on the spoke of a bicycle when you were a kid it's very loud. Instead of checking The sunroof and surrounding area for any issue to figure out where the leak is coming from, they simply drove the car and said they didn't hear anything and try to say it was the tires. It was then suggested that the next time the sound is heard record it so the technician can hear it. I am not a mechanic, however if there is an issue with the sunroof and surrounding area it seems there are things that can be done to check where the issue is, I don't see how simply hearing the sound can diagnose the problem. So as of now nothing was resolved with the sunroof

The service was very good and no waiting which has always a problem in the past, it was only after I left, that I found my car had not been washed. I don't think I have ever been to a dealer and not had my car washed. It was dirty been setting out while I was on vacation, so was sure it would washed. It's 18 mos. old and have only about 7700 miles. I had to go to car wash on the way home.

All the service was great. But when I brought it up to Darren that the license plate number was wrong on the paperwork he didn't seem to concerned and didn't offer to change it. It wasn't even close to the actual license number. That's the only thing that bothered me.

I had an appoinment at 1230 in the afternoon. I was told it would take an hour to do my repair. My car was not taken in until 45 minutes later and the total time was almost two hours. I was then informed the techs were at lunch- which is fine but it would have been nice upon check in to be told this - I would have come back since I had my two little kids with me. I am just upset about the amount of time and the fact my car sat for 45 minutes untouched.
