Had an appointment to get and oil change and filter that took over 2.5 hours. When called to pay and pick up my auto they could not find my car then I saw car across the parking area for pickup. Turned out that the paperwork got messed up and finally got my key. Your system needs a little work. Was treated very nice and the donuts and coffee were great.

The service was great..but upond bringing my toyota truck home and inspecting the rear leaf springs I realize my back suspension is about 4 to 5 inches lower than the front...my truck has a tow package and the leaf springs are not the correct ones for my truck..I believe they should be the heavy duty springs. I would like this corrected. Please let me know. I'm driving with the front end up. I also said before the leaf change...if it was going to change anything different I didn't want it done..was told there would be no change. Thank you,Sharlene
