Darron Guy was our counter service rep he was very helpful with my questions regarding our Tundra. He called us back when department found a leaky water pump when we came in for transmission fluid and belt change so we could get it done at the same time. Also brought in our Avalon for warranty service two days later when finished I had a safety connection question and he had a very informative young man (sorry can't remember his name please ask Guy) come over and explain about the SOS system in our car. I came home and renewed it. I give both of these men 10 stars for knowing their jobs well and friendly customer service.

Poor service had to wait by my car as the two female employees took care of three customers who were after my car!!!! I'm standing there. First car in line and both wait on other cars in line behind me !! And I had an appointment!! No one even talked to me. I finally complained to Darron Guy (??). Service manager. He said. Sorry. When my Camry was done later. The cashiers Debit machine didn't work. Then I finally get my car. No car wash. My car still dirty. An employee said sorry car wash not working. Wow. To say I'm unhappy with Gosch is an understatement. Two other customers waiting complained about other customers went wrongly ahead of them. Very poor
