Raymond was very welcoming. i thought my service was for an oil change and he clarified that it was for a standard tire, brake and fluid check. He went out of his way to get my service completed, rather than having me wait for over an hour and a half, which was the average wait time. This is an example of awesome service. Thank you Raymond!!

I had to pay $110 for nothing, I was never told the diagnostics had a cost just to find out what the check engine light meant. I am now in the market for a new Toyota, you can guess which dealer I will not be visiting. He originally told me the cost would be about $550, I said OK, but it quickly grew to over $1100....he forgot to add the labor....wow.....

I had an appointment for an oil change and it still took over two hours. I had to wait behind people who just walked in, making an appointment was useless. The entire purpose of an appointment is so you do not have to wait behind walk ins, there is a block of time for that appointment.

We didn't get Steve, we got passed on to someone else, where the ball was drop and our car was over looked and nothing done to it when picked it up at 11 we had to go back to have the tires rotated and pushed through really fast, no car wash, no 7 point inspection and no checking of fluids. Not a good way to start off our new service contact on our new Corolla. We are not very happy about paying extra for terrible service contact. Really thought this service contact would be the money we paid.
