Took too long. Initially I was told it would take one and one half hours. That is too long for a 20,000 servicing. But when I was told it would take an additional 40 minutes more, that was too much. It actually took 45 minutes more. The whole process took 135 minutes--too long. It should have taken 30 minutes for an appointment.

Justin did a great job of calling me and letting me know what the status of my car was. My recommendation would be that there be a ticket or some type of checkin process. It was a busy when I came to pick my car up & hot so customers were not in the best moods. My tecommendation would be to give customers a free car wash or oil change for being patient. I spent almost $2900 today on replacing my Prius battery. It would be nice to offer customers a thank you & provide a car wash or something.

My stereo system has quit working and that wasn't reason for bringing our Prius in. After troubleshooting the problem, the decision to order a new system. I was truly afraid that the problem I have been having would turn into repeated trips to the Service Dept. Please let your staff know that I truly respect them for handling the problem the way it is. We're so grateful for the customer service being completed for our Prius w/c replaced 4 tires at once and a regular maintenance on July 11, 2016. It costs me an amount of money for the whole services. Since you have the promo from opening a Toyota credit card w/ no interest for 6 months, so I was excited to apply. Luckily, I was approved, and I got chance to get our car's needed for maintenance right away. But I was hoping to give me at least 12 months to pay instead of 6 months only. Anyway, thanks to the Toyota credit card company, It stretch out my budget a little bit better. Anthony was the service advisor manager that day. His customer service is great! He listens what concerns what I've told him (financially). So he offered me some options about the services as well as some savings also for the next service. We, thank you so much for the great service and appreciated!
