My only concern was when I called to see if my truck was ready my service advisor was not available. So I asked the person answering the phone if they could check to see if my truck was ready. They said they could not and that I would have to wait till my service advisor returned. Because of my busy schedule I had a small window of time to pick my truck up that day.

An hour and a half service took almost 3 hours. If i hadn't checked up on it it would have been longer i suspect.
They only started working on it when i checked at the 2 hour mark. ?????
Then i am now noticing a few drops of oil on my driveway. I'll monitor to see if it continues.

I had an 11:00 appointment for service, my car was promised by 12:30. I didn't leave Gosch until almost 2:00. All they did was an oil change. No car wash! No clean up. I am very upset with your NEW service !

Came in for a wheel alignment for a 2014 Toyota Sienna. The process did not take long. Technician verified that the van needed one done. 30 minutes later we got the van back. The whole experience was fast and excellent. Wish that complementary car wash was still available.
