Had an appointment for a simple service. Wife had to wait for our vehicle for almost 3 hours. On top of that you now are evidently charging for a car wash after servicing when it used to be a free courtesy. My wife paid 5.00 for a wash which was supposed to include cleaning the interior. The interior was not touched nor were the Windows. It seems since you moved your facility customer service has become non existent. We have been bringing our vehicles here for servicing for years with out any complaints, however with this new experience we will strongly consider other options in the future which will also include future purchases. As you can see, I am not a happy camper.

Darron Guy was our counter service rep he was very helpful with my questions regarding our Tundra. He called us back when department found a leaky water pump when we came in for transmission fluid and belt change so we could get it done at the same time. Also brought in our Avalon for warranty service two days later when finished I had a safety connection question and he had a very informative young man (sorry can't remember his name please ask Guy) come over and explain about the SOS system in our car. I came home and renewed it. I give both of these men 10 stars for knowing their jobs well and friendly customer service.
