Matthew Bomberger, who checked me in, was fantastic. He met a problem when the recall part that was supposed to be in wasn't there. I had been called to say it was and Matt had me hang on while he fixed the problem. The part was there and I left my car there to have the recall part installed. The next problem I had was with the shuttle. I had to wait about an hour to get home.
But, if Matt hadn't been so professional and awesome, I would have left never to come back. He saved the day.

It would have been helpful if when I made the appointment the person had told me the Toyota dealer had moved to a new location. Some other people in waiting room said the same thing. There was no signage at old location pointing to new location. Had to park car and get out and ask. Also another customer and I had to stand and wait about 10 minutes for a service writer to wait on us and they no longer wash your car.
