Denise Ennen offers the best customer service I have experienced at ANY consumer store, facility, outlet, etc. in recent years. She is efficient, kind, understanding and knowledgeable. I appreciate her time in explaining everything to me and making sure I was 100% satisfied with the service I received at Gosch. I would recommend your service center to others and tell them to ask for Denise by name.

The wait time was not as promised. I came in at the end of the day because someone on the telephone had told me there was an "express" service available. Steve, who checked me in, promised the car would be ready by 430. I did not leave the building until 545. I would have come on another day entirely had I known there would be a delay for my minor service.
The suggested repairs was handwritten and told to me. I had to specifically request that it be put in writing. Suggested repairs should be automatically reflected on the invoice, I feel. Telling me verbally is helpful, but very confusing to a consumer who knows little to nothing about cars.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. However, I will seek another "Toyota authorized" car service provider for future maintenance due to the exceedingly long waits in Hemet.
