Took from 1030am to almost 230pm for 4 tires plus alignment and the installer left wax all over the rims for me to clean up later. This is honestly par for the course for this dealership at this point. This is the 3rd incident of either bad communication, bad practices, and in at least one previous case negligence on my car. I consider not ever going back because it does not seem like this service department has their **** together at all. I am not trying to be a pain in the **** but you guys have really given me very little reason to trust you with my vehicle.

Do they not send a picture when they do tire rotations?My sticker they put I'm the car sad the brakes are poor, but nothing more to support this. Can you tell me prices to change the front or back brakes? Do you match prices of oil changes or brakes with other companies?
