I booked an apt almost a week ahead of time to be sure my needs would be met. The day I bought my Truck your detailers had gone home for the day so it was never done. I booked an oil change and filter along with the We Owe Detail. I left my vehicle at the dealership from 9am - 3:30pm to get it taken care of only to pickup my truck and be told your detailers were to just to get to my appointment. That I would have make another appointment to get it done. Although Evan was super courteous and went out of his way to be polite to me it’s rather frustrating.

Tamara was fantastic! Very helpful. But I spent almost 3 hours waiting to get a key made because there was no one available to authorize the key. I set the apt up well in advance so didn’t think it would be a problem. Just a big chunk of my time and day wasted. But again, Tamara was awesome and understanding as well. Just not sure why the necessary people were not on site to do a simple job. Very mixed thoughts on my first experience at Toyota.
