Well for one I took my Toyota Tacoma there for a recall on the dome cab light having a faulty gasket. When they inspected the truck they couldn’t do the gasket because the light was cracked so they wanted me to buy a 450$ light from them which I didn’t. Guess they never thought that the leaky gasket could be the cause of the light cracking once it filled up and froze! Imagine that. Now it gets good they also check the truck out for a recall on the paint job and they tell me if I go thru with the claim my truck could possibly be setting there for 8-10 months or until the local paint shop gets ready for it because I can’t take the truck back home with the claim being started. Sounds like to me they wanna make it as hard as possible so people will give up and not go thru with the recalls. Who knows that’s just my experience which was horrible!

I was told it wouldn’t be a problem if I didn’t have an appointment. All I needed was a battery and a copy of plain key. Had I known it would have taken 3 hours I would have gone to an O’Riley or Autozone and purchased a battery there. After two hours of wait time, my husband asked how much longer and someone had the nerve to say it’s because we didn’t have an appointment. Well if that was the case, they should have told us it was going to be a few hours wait time. So disappointed. I missed work because I didn’t think it’ll take 3 hours to put in a battery.
