Not sure I received a good answer on the leaking axle. No drips at home so this was new news. Somewhat surprised that brakes need to be replaced, as your dealership just replaced them four months ago. Wouldn’t a leaking axle be noticed then? Also the tech could not replace the license plate bulbs because the screws were rusted and he couldn’t get them off. There is a spray called WD-40 that often helps. Was that tried? Seems like a lot of expensive fixes for a truck that is running fine.

Matt was great. Our issue was definitely not his fault. We drive over an hour to have our vehicle serviced at South. We had made this appointment for brake service (recommended by the technician last service) a week ago. My husband arrived to have this service completed and lo and behold, South had no Toyota brake pads and would have any until the next day. This is the second issue with service here. The first time, my husband was told that it was a $70 charge just to see if the brakes needed replaced. I live having my vehicle serviced by Toyota, I’m convinced we MUST search for another dealership to service our vehicle. Matt was apologetic and sincere, but this doesn’t fall on him.
