Drove two hours each way, waited over an hour in the waiting room, before the kind folks at Heritage Toyota told me that the recall part that I came out for was not in stock…then messaged me the next morning telling me they had the part and a 7:30am appointment available the following week. After the folks gave me a few “I’m sorry”s and understood the drive I made.
