Jose was great! We were concerned that the tinting on the the front side windows would be too dark for other drivers to see my face when for instance, we were stopped at a four way stop intersection. But Jose took the time to show us samples of the different tint densities. We were very happy with the way he resolved our concerns.

Very Disappointed with Toyota! Took my CHR in right after I bought it in 2023. There is a noise when turning left and right as well as going over bumps. You guys fixed it. And now in 2025 it's back. Took it in again yesterday March 10th 2025. Just because you guys didn't hear it on test drive don't mean it's not there. It is the same as before. I will never buy from Toyota and just want to say buyers beware. Thank you

Staff was very helpful and eventually the work was completed successfully. My big problem with the experience was that it took 4 trips to get the work done. I think the disconnect was with whomever schedules when the vehicles go into to the bay to start the work. Even though I left my truck for the whole day and work to be performed was very time consuming; the truck did not actually get to the work bay until the afternoon. This happened more than once. Also, when I originally brought in the truck I stated that there were 2 issues, but one was completely ignored which added to the additional trips to the dealer. Kai tried his best to make things right, but I think the problem is above him and with whomever plans the days work for the mechanics.

Jacob was great. The other staff members however working the service counter were loud and giggling telling stories as they tell customers waiting at the counter “we’ll be right with you”. Immature and unprofessional. Not Jacob though. Very professional and helpful.
