I was very disappointed. I had an oil change and tire rotation. They scratched up and chipped my rims during the tire rotation. The vehicle only has 7,200 miles on it. I take excellent care of it. I am disappointed that now I have to go through the hassle of getting something fixed that was in perfect condition before bringing it in. There were oily handprints inside the door and on the hood. Not to mention that the bolts on the oil pan cover were not tightened. I did not comment the first time when the same bolts were loose.

No need to call me. I am just sharing my opinion so you can either improve your customer service or evaluate that my opinion is incorrect.
I had a standing “appointment” for 11:30 AM. I brought my vehicle in at 11:08am. It took well over two hours from the “scheduled time” to change oil, rotate tires and change a burned out lightbulb. That is ridiculous, my time is valuable.
I will be taking my general maintenance oil changes, tire rotations, and air filter changes to a local establishment instead of the dealership. I will still come to Toyota for repairs, just not general maintenance.
This is not a poison pen letter, this is just a factual statement of how I feel.

TJ was extremely helpful. I was confused about the financing of service and parts and although he had to explain it to me a few times he was patient and professional. In the end he had to reaccomplish the invoicing and separate it into two invoices. This was time consuming for TJ but he was considerate and even still professional and pleasant to work with. I look forward to having new tires installed next week and further service for my vehicle.

I booked an apt almost a week ahead of time to be sure my needs would be met. The day I bought my Truck your detailers had gone home for the day so it was never done. I booked an oil change and filter along with the We Owe Detail. I left my vehicle at the dealership from 9am - 3:30pm to get it taken care of only to pickup my truck and be told your detailers were to just to get to my appointment. That I would have make another appointment to get it done. Although Evan was super courteous and went out of his way to be polite to me it’s rather frustrating.
