Very happy with Service Advisor **** Stanton, Very professional and represents Johnson Motors well. I'm bothered that I had to bring my truck in five times to repair a trailer light connector issue, that GM is aware of. Makes me think twice about where I will have my truck serviced in the future. It would be more convenient to have it serviced locally, but I just cannot get over the fact that it took five visits to have what I feel is a minor issue repaired. What happens next time if I have something more complex to diagnose and repair? To recap, I was very pleased with ****, but not happy at all with the how difficult it was to get the problem hopefully fixed. I haven't tested it on a trailer yet, I'm almost afraid to check.
