Martin did an great job with the tire repair and rotation. I am dissatisfied with scheduling the appointment. When I called to schedule we got the day and time we wanted. But when we got to Johnson Ford, we were told it was scheduled at the Chevrolet garage. So then we had to wait to get the job done. Secondly, they did not ask for which vehicle nor did they ask for my name.

Questions were not clarified to understand the time frame required for the scope of work when **** came to check on me he let me know the computers were still an issue and it would be longer wait for the diagnostic part of the work I said I was on my lunch and needed to get back to work and he arranged a ride for me but if I would have been given a time frame upon my arrival I would have them spoken up to make sure I got back to work on time.
