The door latch recall didn’t work. The door is even worse now. I rescheduled an appointment, went through 2 people who both said I could get a loaner vehicle, got an appointment to bring it back in and get a loaner. Got there and was told that I’m not 21 and can’t be given a loaner. I understand that it’s a law and that you can’t give me one, but giving me one the first time and then telling me once I get to the shop the second time to get another that I can’t was a let down. Once again, I understand why, but it’s just disappointing that I went through a considerable amount of time and work to get a loaner vehicle that I should never have gotten. Long story short, I needed a car, and was told I would have one, then was told I wouldn’t have one, kinda sucky. Not to mention the fact that I shouldn’t have needed to go back in the first place.

Overall I was very satisfied. Accidents happen. When the air filter enclosure was closed incidental to an air filter change, a wire harness was pinched subsequently causing the check engine light to display which was not anticipated. Please make a note for my 2017 Colorado noting the required repair in the event I have future electrical issues related to this mishap. Thanks.
