There was very poor communication. I am an understanding person realizing emergencies come up and am very flexible if I am informed. With a 8:15am appointment it took until my second call to the service center at 1:45 for me to get any answers as to if my vehicle was even inside being looked at. There was no confirmation text sent that I had received any communication later that afternoon from them (I had not). Every time the ladies inside took my calls they were courteous and provided prompt service. I have to apologize to the other Eric as I unfortunately snapped at him believing there was only one Eric in service not two. Overall the lack of communication as to the proceedings of the service (mind you, just an inspection and quotes, no actual work) was poor today.
