Overall great service experience. The recommendations that I have are:
1 Don't charge clients credit card fees. Frankly for LR, that’s tacky and cheap. We pay you the highest labor rates and prices on parts - and I bet 99% of transactions are on credit cards. I run a business and I factor the cc fees in. Then give discounts for cash - if asked.
2. This is the second time we picked up our vehicle for service and found dirty hand prints on our ivory leather interior. It’s disrespectful to the brand and your clients. I personally clean and condition my interior twice a year. It’s a time consuming job - and the only time it gets dirty is when I pick it up from your shop.

Andy and Darcy did an excellent job.
But in the last 4 years I have bought 5 cars from this dealership. Including 3 range rovers. The second to last Range Rover smelled so bad of pot but you sold it to me promising me to get the smell out which you didn’t. So I had to trade it in 6 weeks later for and SVR which some how in 2 years I have lost $80k on it and no one can seem to return a phone to answer why. I had to spend a year selling it privately since you guys wouldn’t return my calls. I also needed info on the car to give private buyer and couldn’t get phone calls returned from Nick almost causing me the loss of the sale. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY FROM HERE AGAIN.

I brought my car in for service. And when I sat down with Cody, initially there were no mentioning of a car wash, not one time Did he ask me if I wanted a car wash or not? Once I came to pick up my vehicle, I notice the information on my paperwork stating land rover would not be responsible for any chips in the windshield and that the customer agreed to this.. Well, that information was false because I did not agree. I had no knowledge of land rover doing a car wash after servicing my vehicle.. Had I been asked I would have never agreed to a car wash simply because I had just washed the vehicle the day before and I knew it was going to rain on that particular day. I get in my car I drive, and I noticed I have a chip in my windshield, I'm sure wasn't there Prior to me bringing my vehicle in for service
So here is the reason why I will never recommend this particular shop simply because Cody never asked me i wanted a car wash or not initially... In my opinion, that is not professionalism...
