The check in and service were great but the delivery of my car after payment was poor at best. I stood outside in the cold weather for 15 min and waited for the valet to bring my car. He seemed lost and I had to ask him many times if I had to wait much longer. He didn’t even know the model of my car. It’s a shame I had to wait for him to figure it out when he could’ve just asked without having me wait.
