Kristopher seemed as if he was in a hurry and didn’t really care what was going on. In all the times I’ve been coming to your dealership other employees have gone above and beyond for me. This was the first time I had to do a road test with the service tech (which was fine), and then when the tech found heard the noise I was talking about we brought my car back and when kristopher was told that they did hear the noise he simply just asked if it was safe to drive and didn’t even consider keeping my car until Monday so that I wouldn’t have to bring it back again. So now I had to make another appointment for next Saturday (I can’t take time off work) and waste time coming back in and waiting again.

Each time I come to this location, everyone I’m in contact with is extremely courteous and thoughtful. Hassan made sure to check in every once in a while to give me an update on my car, and made sure I was out when I needed to be.
