I signed up for a loaner vehicle. I was told that there were no more loaner vehicles available. No alternative was presented to me. I was told that I just have to wait. Too bad huh? I had a lot of errands planned that day, all went to waste.

My battery was dead needed a jump start from Lexus Roadside, the service writer Victor was very professional and explained the process. The battery was recharged after several attempts, after fully recharged it was reinstalled, why wouldn’t the battery be replaced with a new one to save many further aggravation towards the customer. My vehicle is two years old with 8700 miles still under warranty?

Alejo is professional, kind, and understanding . He didn’t pressure me to to purchase any packages even though he was insistent and kept trying to give me the best deal he can give me he didn’t get upset when I kept saying no. I know it’s part of his job to sale so I appreciated him not getting upset when I said no or being to pushy.
Alejo was willing to stay a couple minutes after closing time just so I can get my vehicle back the same day. I know not all workers would do that especially on a Friday evening.
