From the time I drove up to the service center, dropped off my vehicle, was serviced by Christian, borrowed a courtesy car to the time I walked out the door, it was a five star experience. Lexus of Escondido really understands how to provide customers with top quality service… everything from welcoming greetings, efficiency, guidance, amenities while you are waiting, etc. The operations is a well oiled machine. A rivet was missing and a couple others seemed to be broken from the cover in order to get to the engine air filter. The plastic panel beside the hydraulic arm was not even put back but left loose in the engine compartment.
