Sidney was great. The issue is the lack of communication the entire team here has. I was told one thing by one person and something completely different by someone else. Maintenance took 4 hours when I was told it would take an hour and a half. The main issue was never addressed. It honestly felt like I wasted a trip and my time.

Was told my car would be washed after the oil change. When I arrived to pick it up it was filthy. Beyond filthy. It was very clear that all they did was wipe the car down with a wet dirty cloth which did nothing but wet the dust that was on the car and letting the wet dust dry to dirty thick spots all over the vehicle. The windshield wasn't even touched as there was still the dirt strip on the side that was pushed by the windshield wiper when my daughter turned the wipers on the previous day. All the windows had dirt that was smeared all over, again looking like the rest of the car with smears of dirt dried all over. For an Audi dealership that is supposed to convey luxury and good service, you guys missed the mark by a million miles on a simple car wash. My son and daughter-in-law who NEVER complain & always let everything roll off their shoulder were with me & even they were shocked at how filthy my car was after your 'car wash.' Sydney took it back to have it 're'-washed which resulted in having to wait an additional over 20 minutes for it which made us late to our next place we had to be. I live out of town and thought I'd give you guys a shot since I was visiting my family who just purchased a home here. Was very disappointed because of the lack of care in washing my car. Yes, I understand you offer this as a courtesy..... but, was it a joke they tried to pull on me? Like who on earth can leave a car looking like it rolled through mud and a dirty rag was used to wipe it down and think that was a car wash? There's no way a hose was even used to wet my car. It was CLEAR all that was done was someone passed a wet dirty rag all over it, except for the windshield which wasn't touched. SMH!!!!. I might give you guys another shot for my next oil change, but right now, can't say I want to ever go there again.
