Service was great

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service experience I had when I brought my Audi Q5 in for servicing on August 13th. As a loyal Audi customer since 2019, I have always expected and received high-quality service from your brand, which is why this recent experience was particularly frustrating. When I arrived for my scheduled service, I was informed that the work would take approximately two hours. However, I ended up waiting nearly four hours. This significant delay caused me to miss an important office meeting and prevented me from picking up my son at 12:15 PM, as I usually do. As a result, I had to pay additional daycare fees to keep him longer, which not only led to a monetary loss but also caused unnecessary stress for both my son and me. To add to the frustration, when I finally received my car, it had not been cleaned or vacuumed as promised. What disappointed me the most, however, was that a software recall issue, which I specifically pointed out at the beginning of the service, was not addressed. The system still indicates the recall, and this lack of attention to detail is highly concerning. I chose to travel from Lithia to your service center, despite having two closer options in Tampa, because I trusted that I would receive superior service at your location. Unfortunately, this experience has made me question that decision. Audi is known for its premium service and attention to customer satisfaction, and this experience fell far short of those standards. I hope that my feedback can be used to improve the service for future customers, and I would appreciate it if the unresolved issues with my vehicle could be addressed promptly. Stephano was super rude. The director stepped in and help with everything.

It looks like he is new to the job. His performance was average but not the outgoing personality you would expect from a good service person this was the first yearly service on my new Q5. It has been a great car with a super smooth ride. However, they upped the tire pressure and it has not been possible to eliminate the current bumpy ride

Excellent service no complaints

Manny is exceptional! He followed up with me because I thought the price of a an oil change and two filters was way too high. Manny made sense to me.

Excellent service from Many-

I don’t live in town. When I arrive for a service appointment, Manny is ready. He’s aware of me, my car, and why I’m there. There hasn’t been one ‘dumb’ question from me that Manny doesn’t have the answer for me. He’s patient and fun to work with.

Tony was professional and accommodating. Great personality and highly competent at his job. It was an absolute pleasure working with him. I will be back.
