Unfortunately at the time of me picking up my vehicle from service I noticed my front bumper was damaged (deep scratches). The Service advisor Stefano did not go over what was completed on my vehicle. I was also given an EV as a loaner vehicle even though I do not own a EV and did not request for one. I was in the EV for about 3 to 4 weeks and the vehicles battery would only charge up to 200 miles at 100%. Causing me to have terrible range anxiety and having to charge the vehicle everyday. When I tried to express this to Stefano, he literally brushed me off. I really didn’t want anyone else to run into the same situation I was in because at one point the vehicle actually turned off on me causing me to push the vehicle to the nearest charging station.
