I was not satisfied with the customer service it took over a week to get a tire and rim back. And then I was lied on and too, from Roberto. I was told that my tire and rim was completely covered, then when I came to pick the rim and tire up I was told by Roberto that I had to pay a deductible. Which I was never informed of that before. And then I told him that he never told me on any conversation we had…..in person vi text or phone that I had to pay a deductible. But he knew he didn’t tell me that so he kept lying and I felt that he was going to hold my rim and tire hostage to pay the deductible. He kept lying until the manger step in and had to run the tape back of the call between myself and Roberto showing that he never informed me of a deductible and he had lied. To make a long story short I was taken care by the manager who did his job, No thanks to Roberto and I was sent on my way. If I have to deal with Roberto again I will refuse service, his customer service is poor and in my opinion he’s not honest and I wouldn’t trust him servicing my car

I was disappointed to be honest. I thought the level of customer service was poor. Not only was my loaner dirty, the interior of my car was covered in black dust from the windshield replacement. To add, I was not notified that my car was ready for pickup and had to fight my way through your receptionist to get ahold of someone who could confirm it for pickup. I'll be changing dealerships.
