Please see feedback provided previously via multiple contacts. Poor communication and lack of helpful follow up required extensive research and customer advocacy that should have been initiated by Audi. Poor communication continued for three weeks by Lakeland Audi and factory culminating in the delivery of my vehicle to Stuart Audi who called me to inquire what service I was seeking. Pick up required multiple calls in advance - and upon my arrival, I had to explain to the service consultant why my car was being picked up. Vehicle returned without explanation or paperwork with a scratch on driver side rear view mirror.

I wouldn't say I'm "completely" satisfied, but the end result is satisfactory and I appreciate Sidney's work. I had to leave my car an extra night because someone at the warehouse forgot to load my part. The next day, my car comes out with a big door ding. Then, I had to leave my car overnight a second time because the technician had trouble with my trunk struts. It turns out I need to bring it back in because the rubber seal isn't installed properly.
