Sino was awesome to work with. I really appreciated his help. He went into detail about what needs to be done and why it needs to be done, he had to deal with an outside extended warranty company I had and I’m sure that wasn’t the easiest, but he was able to make it happen. It’s just a really nice feeling working with someone who shows he obviously cares very much about doing a good job. So this will be the place I come to if I need repairs and maintenance in the future.

Stefano was very impersonal at the beginning of my appointment but had better manners at the end. He’s not great at providing a lot of details - about what the service would entail, what the costs are etc.
I had a warning light after my service stating there’s too much oil. Now I wonder if they removed too much when they corrected it. I don’t have a lot of confidence the service was performed correctly. They also left a tool in my car. They were supposed to follow up the next day to arrange time to come get the part from me. I still haven’t heard from them.
