Tony it was a compete **** show and I’ll never bring a car there to get serviced. I was so pissed I was ready to walk out on the Maserati deal. They totally **** me on the battery change. I had actually chilled and this just fired me up again. I definitely be getting the Maserati oil changes at the St Pete dealer. You guys stole 5 hours of my time waiting on the tech to change a battery. I was there at 7:50 for my 8 appt and left after 1. My time is more valuable than the BS labor charge I paid. Who is going to reimburse my time. You and Vito were great with the sale.
