Sinoeil was great and very helpful. I don’t drive much and had 13k miles but had the 35k service due to timing. There should be more latitude for the appropriate service if car is not driven. This is an issue with manufacturers guidelines. Not the dealer which was great top to bottom

Randy was great. I was confused by the service report. Said when checked fluids were dirty but when I asked questions the issue was service interval not a physical observation. Also the service and tire pressure lights were not reset.
