Randy was very good at communicating with me the status of my repair. He walked me through the loaner pick up and drop off process quickly. Would like him as my permanent service advisor!

First I want to say that Sinoeil Doman is very nice BUT his explanation left a lot to be desired. I brought my 2019 SQ5 in on January 4th b/c the break pedal is very hard to push down 1st thing in the morning and at random times during the day when I start the car. The car was purchased 4/30/19 and I had NO trouble with the brake pedal until 11/29/19. Since then the brake pedal has been very hard to push down. I left my car at the dealership so they could start it first thing in morning. When I picked it up I was told it was designed that way. REALLY. All of a sudden after 7 months the car is designed to have the brake pedal be increasingly difficult to push down? I have owned a lot of cars and this has never happened to me. Then Sinoeil tried to say everything is controlled by modules and he talked about the boiling point of brake fluid??? He was definitely reaching. I would really like an explanation that makes sense. Saying it was designed that way insults me. I know it was perfectly fine for the first 7 months. When I got home and told my husband (he also knows how hard the brake pedal is to push down) he said “you know they are just blowing smoke up your ****”! I hope that is not true. I did feel that I wasn’t taken seriously.

Listened to all my concerns. Techs did a great job. Love my car all over again

I got this survey last night and I don’t have my new car back yet from the service department nor do I have an update on the status of my car since my calls last night and this morning. I still have a loaner from you and my car has been with you from Tuesday morning. A bit concerning that it’s so hard to get info about the status of my car.

My problem or issue with the car was not solved
