Nikho was very efficient quick and friendly. He was able to fulfill my request to get a loaner to do some errands during the time that my car was being fixed. He still got the car taken care of in the promised amount of time and called me to let me know that it was ready and I could come back and retrieve it. He was very pleasant and personable as well.
