Car showed up in exit bay and I waited 10 minutes before going to the service writer's desk to get checked out. He was on the phone and had been for some time. He put the caller on hold, indicated 1 minute to me and disappeared for five minutes. He returned to the desk, picked up the phone and made me wait another five minutes. All of my service was under warranty so no payment was necessary. Waiting for 20 minutes after the car was ready is really not acceptable. I have been a McGrath customer for 20+ years and came there because the service was so good. This is my first service complaint. Don't call. The past cannot be changed.
