When I brought the car in for regular yearly service 2 days ago, I mentioned 3 issues with the car. I was told over the phone that everything was fixed. When I picked the car up today, 2 out of the 3 issues still remain. Also, I called at 8:00 this morning to let Service know that I would be there at 11:30 to pick up my car. I was assured it would be ready and washed. When I arrived at 11:30, Service could not locate my car, finally did after about 15 minutes of waiting, but it was not washed. I was told if I could wait an hour more they could wash it for me. Really bad service all the way around unfortunately. Still have a couple unresolved problems which I will need another trip to repair, and really now have little confidence that any other work they said was done to the car was actually done.

Really to say the entire Audi experience yesterday was messy. They didn’t wash the car, it wasn’t a service but a parts recall. I asked about the key battery which says it is low but then when I left I realized nothing had been done about it.
A few hours later I get an email about needing to do more things - I was there why didn’t you say something while I was still there? I was happy to stay and work I could have waited, now I have to find another day to work from home to attend to these issues!
Nothing was said just “your car is ready” - dirty and no conversation about the key or the issues you’ve now emailed to me!!!

I had this car as certified vehicle from westmont audi dealership and got battery problem with in 3 weeks. Also there service dept looked like they need customer once they sell call based on there response and refusal of warranty coverage.
However, with Morton Grove i had complete opposite expr.
Extremely supportive service dept, quick responses and excellent work
