The communication the last few days was excellent, so I appreciate the improvement. However, upon notifying me that my tire was damaged beyond repair, I had to be the one that clarified I had coverage for it, and I was promised a picture of the damage and never received it. I also went more than 2 days without any communication at all. This did not build any trust from my perspective, and I couldn’t help but think that the initial notice was an attempt to drive income on an unneeded repair (I had driven the car for some time without a problem or caution indicator). Early communication in this type of situation would have gone a long way to build trust. The improvement at the end after I left a message saying as much was appreciated and the car is great after the service so far.
