Never received a call or an update on my car. I just happen to come in to get stuff out of my car and when I returned I was told oh they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it and I could just take my car. Personally I don't even think that my car was checked out because there is a major malfunction of the steering wheel, it doesn't even rotate. And that's not even written in my report, although it wasn't the reason I came in, I would appreciated an estimate on repairing it

Randy was outstanding from the Beginning to the end.. Thoroughly explained to me all work needing to be done and the time frame.. Great customer service but I’m still a little concerned about the problem that I encountered with my 2014 Q5 3.0????? When that steering went out there was only a short warning, then WAM!!! No steering???
