Sino seemed to be very professional and detailed on his handling of my service appointment.

It was very difficult to communicate with the service department. Cino was great when I arrived at the shop to drop off my car and was great at following up with me on the status of my car. I had a service agent, Michelle, hang up on me while on a call because I asked her to confirm that my car was washed and ready for me when I arrived to pick it up. I had to call numerous times a day to ensure that I had demo available and no one seemed to care to follow up with me as I would have happily rescheduled my appointment. Veronica was not great on following up with me buts it’s my understanding that she was sick. Arian was able to get me a demo but it was after I called a a sales manager to complain that while on a call with a service agent I was told there were no service managers available because they leave at 7, my call with the service agent started at 6:52 and at 7:01 I was told there were no service managers available. I understand that your service department is busy but they need to be more responsive and helpful with customers. I felt Ike I was dealing with unexperienced kids. Not great for the dealers image. Also look at your reviews online, everyone complains that the service department is horrible. Something to work on.

Had a wonderful experience. Sinoeil was incredibly professional and very communicative.

He was fine. That said, I came in for a recall issue and didn’t know that it would take close to 2 hrs. Might be a good idea to set clear expectations for these appointments.
