Sino was awesome, 10/10. Just about everything else was average or below. Audi Care is a misleading program. Full maintenance covered? No way..you replaced the cabin air filter but not the wiper blades? Three weeks for an appointment if you need a loaner? Ridiculous. One week maximum. Staff answering the phones are rude and uninformed. Services performed seemed fine, but I question if they all were done. Car was washed very poorly. Can’t believe there are no map updates available for a 2017 vehicle. Quality of the current maps are quite poor. Love the car and how it drives, looking for another dealer.

I don’t even know where to begin with how unsatisfied I am. I use this Audi dealer because of the high quality service, I drive from Naperville, even though I have one less than 5 minutes from my home because of your usual service. That was not the case this time. You kept my car for a week. Not once did I receive a call, text email to let me know what was happening. I dropped the car off last Monday I had to call Thursday just to see what the verdict was on cracking paint. There are no dents and the location where the pain is cracking is protruding outward not inward as the case would be if something had hit it. Yet when I asked to have this submitted for warranty, which the car is still under I was give a run around of “so and so has to look at it and we have to contact Audi”. Which is fine if you had actually done that. Why do I have to call 4 days later to simply get a reply of we haven’t had it looked at yet but there is a rep onsite that may be able to tell us something. Then I am told that I will receive a call on Friday to let me know the verdict and if I will need to go in and pick up a loaner if it looks like it will by a few more days to fix. You did not have a loaner available when the appointment was made the prior week, I wanted this dealt with so I dropped off the car and made my own arrangements to get home. Huge surprise, no one called, emailed or texted to let me know what was going on with the car. Then I call Saturday morning simply to be told that Randy is not in and he can get back to me on Monday. I now have an entire work week without a vehicle and the one person that was suppose to be dealing with the entire situation was not doing his job. I then go to explain to the person on the phone the situation and she says she’ll have someone else call me ASAP. Well that was in the morning never heard back, I then called at 4pm that day to see why I am getting such a run around and again they say they will call back. By then I was beyond frustrated and told them I just need to know if the cracking paint was covered under warranty and if it was being worked on. She actually called me back 5 minutes later to say it was being worked on and if I needed a loaner I had to get there before 5:30pm. Mind you I live in Naperville, IL you are in Morton Grove! On a Saturday there was lo way I could one arrange to get a ride out there under short notice and 2 get there before 5:30. I let it be and said I would figure something out for Monday. Come Monday still no phone call I have no clue what’s going on and it wasn’t until today a week later that I get a call saying the cracking paint may be due to the car getting bumped and shifting the plastic, though there are no scratches scuff marks dents to be seen and yet that was the verdict. He then proceeds to say that we could pay out of pocket to have it fixed and he would try to get the car to us tomorrow! So it took a week and a day for you to decide that it would not be covered and still yet have to pay out of pocket and keep the car longer. Lack of professionalism and communication. I have purchased a couple Audi’s from this location never had an issue before did not have to jump through hoops! This is ridiculous. I have to waste time driving all the way out there, which I gladly did in the past because the level of service was worth it. I am beyond upset and frustrated that a week later and. I thing is resolved. I drove out there today picked up the car after nothing was resolved.
