I appreciate the quick emergency service fix for my tire with a nail in it, however, was extremely disappointed when I was told that a car wash would only take an additional 30 minutes when it actually took 1.5 hrs and the exterior of my car still looked dirty. That’s the second time I’ve been disappointed with the car wash and I will not wait for that again.
